Our Story

The staff here at Revitalize Ketamine Clinic (RKC) has been working with traditional treatments and interventions throughout their healthcare careers and has become increasingly passionate about providing groundbreaking, evidenced-based treatments for psychiatric and physical ailments. Physical wellness leads to increased psychiatric wellness. This is an ideal that the entire treatment team adheres to and strongly believes in. With that underlying tenet, our providers here at RKC treat all of our clients holistically by addressing and treating them individually, knowing that everyone responds differently to different interventions. Ketamine-based treatment has a growing body of evidence for a rapid and robust treatment response for a multitude of psychiatric and health conditions, and we’ve truly seen these treatment be life-changing for folks.

That being said, we view the Ketamine treatments we deliver here as a catalyst for change, (nothing should be viewed as a cure-all or panacea) and it is important to incorporate other augmenting strategies and wellness modalities to obtain the best possible outcomes. We utilize strong partnerships in the community to help refer our clientele to the best psychiatric providers, therapists, and other wellness experts that the local region has to offer. We strongly feel that relationships are important and integral to the human experience. If our clients have relationships that are ongoing with other providers, we not only are ok with that, but we encourage it, and we will do our best to collaborate with these providers to provide the best possible care and, thereby, treatment outcomes for our clients and their loved ones. We love our community and want to help everyone to live their very best lives.

Casey Dubravcic

Casey has owned and operated Revitalize Ketamine Clinic in some capacity since its inception in April of 2021. He is very excited to be able to provide this life changing treatment in the community where he grew up and who’s health he is very passionate about. Casey, while working in psychiatry in some capacity since 2015 and following the trajectory of Ketamine as a treatment modality since ~2008, became jaded on the traditional psychiatric treatments as they tend to treat symptoms only. Ketamine treatments, especially when viewed as a catalyst for change as we view them in our clinic, and used holistically, have the capacity to allow clients to treat their problems which are causing their symptoms. Casey doesn’t view himself as a healer, he views clients as always being their own best healers, and works to give them the space they need to process through the things that have been keeping them stuck in some cases for decades. Casey is intensely aware that Ketamine treatments, like so many aspects of medicine, can be done right or done not incorrectly but without the proper set and setting that allow for the best treatment outcomes. Casey is a big believer in evidenced based practice and is always following the latest research and incorporating the most recent evidence into our daily practice here at Revitalize Ketamine Clinic. The robust and quality changes that we have seen daily in our clinic have been intensely empowering for Casey to continue to work to expand the availability of this and treatments like it to more and more individuals who could benefit from a reset.

Phillip ‘Casey’ Dubravcic was born in San Diego, California to his Mom Patty Jo Hueth (Bowman), and Phillip John Dubravcic. He lived in ~ 50 houses throughout his childhood, following his very nomadic and loving parents. This frequent movement made it so he always has had a personable demeanor and enjoys meeting and talking with new people. He ended up in Sedona for grade school and came up to Flagstaff for High School, graduating from Flagstaff High School. He was the second graduating class of Coconino Community College’s Nursing program in 2006 delivering the class commencement speech as the class president, then he attained his bachelor’s of science while working at Flagstaff Medical Center (FMC). As a registered nurse at FMC, he worked in the critical care unit, the cardiovascular intensive care unit, and the pre and post-operative areas gaining extensive knowledge on how to care for critically ill and high acuity patients. During this time at FMC, he found his love for psychiatry, by finding much more value in helping to allay the fears and discomfort of critically ill patient’s loved ones and family members by having long conversations and providing emotional support than in mind all of the high tech life-saving equipment including but not limited to the intra-aortic balloon pumps, continuous renal replacement therapies, roto-prone beds, and the oscillating ventilators. While working, developing, and learning, he was also growing his family. He married his wife Jill Dubravcic and they had three fantastic kids together. He graduated with his Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) degree in 2017.

Monica Creek- Lead Clinical Receptionist

Monica is the Lead Clinical Receptionist at Revitalize Ketamine Clinic and a 30+ year resident of the Flagstaff community. As a person with the trait of high sensitivity, she is uniquely qualified to be the first voice and face of a place of hope and healing. She brings both compassion and life experience to provide a safe emotional space for those struggling to ‘stay hopeful’ and reach out for help.

During her free time, Monica enjoys stretching (physically, mentally, emotionally), yoga, walking, being with and supporting her loved ones, the PBS Newshour once a week, sleeping (the great equalizer), and loving other people’s dogs. She is seriously pondering the idea of acquiring a new-used dog of her own just as soon as her dog finds her. It is her great privilege to welcome, educate, and bear witness to each person’s transformation during and following their ketamine infusions.
